International Biographical Centre (IBC)為英國劍橋之國際傳記中心，為一專業出版各專業領域之傳記指引中心，成立已超過40年。這些傳記指引涵蓋各種不同之領域，以提供全世界對其專業領域之傑出表現人士一個專業與客觀的搜尋方式。
其中「2000 Outstanding Intellectuals of the 21st Century」 為三年出版一次之傳記索引，2010年為第七版。全世界僅有2000位在其專業領域有極傑出表現的研究人員會被邀請入選傑出智者，其中跟生物醫學有相關之人員，則約有200位。2010年版將於8月份出刊。
